We currently use USPS for shipping orders within the United States. We do our best to ship all orders promptly and usually ship within 7-10 business days (except for some products and commissions.)
If you are shipping a gift or need to receive your order by a certain day, please mention it in the note section when placing your order or email us and we will do our absolute best to get it to you in time!
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an error on the customer’s end (i.e. mistaken shipping address), the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

We do our best to protect your investment; however, should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at designsbytifanee[at]gmail.com with photos and we promise to fix the issue.
